    Online Counseling

    Technology Assisted Counseling (TAC), which is Telemental Health through Live Video Sessions, is done via a HIPAA compliant platform and is available for clients in Arkansas, Texas, North Dakota and South Dakota.

    Online counseling can be beneficial to individuals who battle health or transportation-related issues or have to meet on a lunch hour and don’t have time to drive to an office. However, online counseling is only offered when it is safe and clinically appropriate to do so (it is NOT appropriate for clients with active suicidal/homicidal thoughts or clients who are experiencing active manic/psychotic symptoms).

    To participate in TAC, I do require your address, emergency contact information, and the phone numbers for your local police in the event that an emergency arises and I need to contact someone near you. If you are interested in receiving therapy via an online (Live Video) platform, let me know and we can set it up!
